I had a phone interview and found the interviewer to be slightly condescending and short with me as our conversation drew to a close. The skills I spoke to them about were things they said they were looking for and yet I was still told my experience didn’t match the criteria. I think the hr manager should work on their recruitment skills as I felt the need to withdraw my application after our conversation.
