Applied through an organization called INROADS who got me the interview. Gave me a HireVue interview (which is an online interview that you record yourself talking to no one but answering questions) with 5, ONLY 5 behavior questions. Thought it was ridiculously easy only for them to reject me one week later. I'm still a little confused. Questions were really simple and they gave me no programming questions. However I think it is fair to note that I asked them for a couple of days extension to submit the HireVue interview (maybe they hired someone else who was more available).

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?
