I applied through my university career fair. Received an email back within a few days for a 1:1 on campus interview. The interviewer asked questions about my resume and projects - nothing technical. After a week, I received an email about a group process on site. Again, the group process was non-technical. I received an offer only a week after that.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
