Phone screen with HR followed by on onsite interview with the hiring Manager and her manager. Also met with the director of the department. Spent about 30 minutes with each.

The process is very slow. It takes about a week for each step in the process. First a screening with the recruiter, next a timed video interview online with system generated questions, next an interview with the hiring manager, next an interview with the team and finally an interview with the VP. Also word of advice, the job posting and title are generic in description meaning the accounting positions are very specific and specialized to a handful of accounts but the posting doesn’t clarify this.

I was contacted to participate in the video interview process. Highly awkward and unbalanced. Nothing like a company saying "we value your time, but we value ours more". Was contacted to interview with hiring manager, who had been on the job less than a year. Multiple positions were open under this manager, and I now know why. She was VERY impersonal, talked about herself the majority of the time, and seemed annoyed whenever I talked about my work history and capabilities. I didn't even wait to hear back and withdrew my application right after the interview.
