I applied online on their website back in June 2021. I got a call at end of July from the recruiter for initial HR questions. Then end of August I got an email for a video interview. I showed up to the interview there were 3 people and none of their videos was on. They asked me to turn on my video but that was pretty weird cause it's like I am talking to myself. I don't know what's their reaction to my answers. If they are so shy to turn on the webcam it could've been a call interview easily. Interview was good basic questions about testing process, some java questions, some APIs and SQL questions. It was an hour long interview. After interview 2 weeks no answer from UHG. They could have easily let me know if they went for another candidate. I had to reach out to them twice to finally get an answer I didn't get the job. UHG is really great at wasting people's time.
