The interview process was fairly easy they ask easy questions if you have worked in customer service before you will be able to answer these questions with ease. They will ask about 5 questions that you have most likely answered before

The Interview was all virtual and conducted through their website. They allow time to redo any questions and time to prepare between questions. The process was easy and the questions were typical interview questions

Video interviews, a lot of STAR questions. Not a bad process overall. The recruiter is on top of it. Took a while for them to gather enough new hires to start a training class.
