Initial phone interview with a recruiter. Then virtual teams interview. Two nice ladies asking questions. Questions focused on specific past experiences. Each lady took turns asking questions. I couldn’t think of specifics examples which is really what they where looking for. Unfortunately I froze.

3 round interview. first call is with a recruiter, 2nd call is with the supervisor which is a 1 hour interview in which they provide acting scenario as if you where talking to a customer. I did not make it to the 3rd round.

The interview process was quick and easy and straight to the point. The interviewer straight and direct questions. The interview last 30 minutes, and I was extremely nervous when answering those questions.
