The first recruiter did not have a copy of my resume even though it was needed to submit the application. He no showed a telephone appointment we had. I had to follow up via email. Finally, I was able to connect with him and he book a second interview via video. NOT ONE OF THE 5 PEOPLE INCLUDED ON THE EMAIL SHOWED UP! Once again, I reached out via email and was given a generic response of "someone will reachout to you", not even an apology. I would have settled for a lame excuse of why the no one showed up to the video conference call. Then saw in my portal that I was no longer considered for the position. Come on, Guys... That's sloppy and inconsiderate of your candidates time.
