During the pre-screening "interview", the recruiter asked what was the best time for me for an interview. She was extremely accommodating and polite. She even texted me the night before my virtual interview to wish my luck. The interview was virtual through a link they send you when you set up the interview date. There was one person interviewing me, and she came on 3 minutes after the start time. It went pretty smoothly, and ended on time.

Interacting with frustrated (heated) customers is to be expected, you need to be able to be compassionate & deescalate. (40 - 45 minutes, business professional dress) I was offered the job the next day, then consent to full background check, including past employment and education verification as well as drug testing at a diagnostics site local to me.
