Totally unprofessional. They made me sit for hours before actually starting the interview process. Even the HR was absent on that day so they took telephonic interview despite being sitting in the company. Pathetic. Then the second round was with hiring manager over skype. He was nice and articulate . But, I explicitly told him to respond even if i get rejected to which he was affirmative. There is no contact since then.
At least reply to the applicants.
