Applied online. A week or so later scheduled a phone interview. HR recruiter was young, incredibly nice & personable. Another week later and I was invited to interview with two attorneys in the litigation department who were both very easy to talk to. Less like an interview, more wanting to get to know me. It went well in my opinion. Unfortunately didn't work out, as they were looking for a minimum 2-year commitment and I was planning to go to law school the following academic year.
