First I sent in my CV. Then I got am e-mail from the Sales manager asking to schedule a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was short 10-15 minutes - just general questions to get a grasp of me as a person. The next step was scheduling time for a Skype interview. The Skype interview was longer, talking more about the job and sales and my experience. The manager really liked me and proposed the job right at that point in time. Then he sent me the contract on the e-mail the following day. I negotiated the salary - they negotiated - we met half-ways.
