My interview process included: 1. Recruiter Phone Screen - The recruiter (Marie is fantastic btw!) gathers information on your training, work experience, and explains the job details as well as the next steps. 2. Phone Interview with Leadership - I conversed with the Senior Technical Writer on specific job details and a general explanation of my experience and knowledge. 3. Take-Home Assessments •First assessment asks you to create some simple tools in Unqork's platform; they offer a helpful self-guided academy to assist through the process. •Second assessment was focused on Technical Writing and asked me to watch a video and write about a new function created for the product. 4. Team Interview - Because there are no in-person interviews, I e-met the majority of colleagues I would be working with and had conversations about my background, as well as their experience at Unqork. 5. Recruiter Followup - Recruiter followed up at the end of the interview process and again the next day on my experience meeting the team and next steps.
