First, there was a personality assessment, much like many others I have taken. Then, I was prompted to a computer literacy assessment. It was very simple, nothing too challenging for anyone who uses a computer in their life... which is everyone in this day in age. Document locating, copying and pasting, sending emails, searching topics on the internet. Lastly, I had a pre - recorded interview, I was given 3 attempts at each question. I was able to watch my responses and redo them if necessary. Fairly simple process.
