After about a week from applying, I got an email asking to book a time 30-45 mins for the initial screening. They sent a document with detailed recruitment process. The earliest available date was in another week. The interview was with a Senior Software Engineer. The questions were asked about concurrency, race condition and HTTP requests.
The result was sent in an email right next day.
Completed two rounds but looks the recruiter has ghosted after two rounds after claiming one of the interviewers were sick and they couldn't capture the feedback.
Looks like a poorly managed recruitment process.
Generally very quick, friendly, and an overall pleasant process. A few one on one calls, a technical challenge, and a “final” interview.
The final interview being the one where they offer you the job.
Unfortunately they overbook candidates and it becomes a blind auction where the first person to book that last interview gets the job.
