Was asked to share my portfolio. After doing so, I never heard back from the recruiter/owner. I nicely emailed asking for an update/transparency and got radio silence. Very unprofessional and tactless. Not very business-oriented or smart, as a staffing firm, to burn bridges with accomplished professionals because something wasn't a fit for one, specific role.
