The interview process varies depending on the quality of candidates received. There are between 1 to 3 rounds of interviews. I was hired for the "Apply What You Know" internship program & I can't say anything negative about what I learned when it comes to Indirect & Direct Marketing & Management of others! It helped me understand how to focus in school projects all due to understand how to "delegate" responsibilities to other team members. Thanks UMS you all are awsome!
