A week after applying, I received an email inviting me to complete an online assessment answering behavioral/personality questions (took about 20 min.). 1st interview w/team lead & HR manager was a few days later. Communication was excellent. Then I provided the 5 required professional references through SkillSurvey for complete confidentiality and fairness due to aggregate compiling of data so as to not be tied specifically to person giving reference. I had 2nd interview a week later.
