Very unprofessional and time wasting experience from both the HR and the CTO. After the initial call with the HR, I was informed about two rounds since I had past projects to showcase already. The first round was technical and some behavioural questions. Then there was a final round with CTO Simon with one person shadowing. It was frontend oriented system design round. It all went great and I was told I'll get a response from them in 2 days. I checked with them after two days and then after 5 days but no response. Sent email to both hr and the CTO but no body replied. Advice to management: Please don't waste people's precious time. Would be so much better to have a backbone and at least reply to a candidate transparently even if you aren't moving forward! That's really an unprofessional behaviour I've experienced. Sort these basic ethics first. Good luck with your search!
