One phone screen with the recruiter who told me right off the bat that the job description might actually be changing and that they are looking for someone with less experience, which was an immediate turn off. Other questions were standard for a phone screen but we kept circling back to the statement that things might be changing and that my skillset might not actually fit what the hiring manager wants. Feedback to the team would to be aligned on a JD ideally before it is posted, but most certainly before you take time from a candidate to discuss potential employment.
