1st round contains 1 Hour call to know how you will work. Never got to the technical round. The interviewer was constantly asking for the reasons for leaving my current company where my reason was additional hours of work and no work-life balance. And it seemed that the interviewer was not convinced that sitting additional hours due to mismanagement is not right.
