Applied online then got an interview pretty quickly. However, they left me hanging for months after. I tried getting in touch with them they told me they are still considering. After that, I waited another month to get an update and still nothing. If you don't think a candidate is a match then just tell them straight up instead of dragging them for months and months. It's extremely disrespectful. A straight forward rejection (even an automated one) is way better than ghosting.
