Very unstructured. I met with the manager and part of their safety team. Seemed more like a conversation, which was nice. Everyone seemed like they were highly interested in having me on the team, but then they ghosted me for 2 weeks. Shortly after, the manager called and didn't give much of a reason why I didn't get an offer, even though he acknowledged it would have been a good hire.
