They check your license to see any tickets, or any problems. Transcripts from school. Ask about your work availability to ensure you can work weekends and holidays. The hours can range from 3:00am to 1:30am in the morning.
There was a written test that you took on paper with basic math and a few map and direction questions and if you passed you went and answered a few questions with the recruiter

I applied online and went in for the testing portion. It took all of 25 min for the testing. Not hard at all. Same day I had my one on one interview! Went great! I was offered the position on the spot, I accepted!!
