Overall the process was time consuming. 5 interviews was excessive. HR was very nice and tried to be accommodating. I was alarmed at the amounts of times the interviewers no call no showed to teams interviews. I also had two interviews where I was supposed to meet with someone, and ended up meeting with someone else who didn’t know why they were there, that I applied, or what job I was interviewing for (all of these ended up in pleasant conversation). The crux seems to be the COO, she was traveling frequently and was trying to fit in many things it seemed. I had to reschedule more than once with her. When we did finally meet she only wanted to discuss aspects of the job that were not related to the job description (within my ability, yes), but no other interviewers discussed these things. Ultimately I was not offered a position due to my family needs and availability to work nights and weekends. The overall process took 6 weeks from first contact through employee referral to finish.
