A few phone interviews (since people work remotely around the U.S.) and a relatively straightforward programming challenge (got a couple/few days to work on it). The phone interviews were with the Sr. Developer and Supervisor and were very casual to get to know your personality and overview of skills. The programming challenge was to connect to an ArcGIS REST server and query it to create a GIS map with layers and info from the REST service.
