I was introduced to the company by a headhunter, had an initial interview with HR, second step was a code review with two senior developers who were there to evaluate the feedbacks I provided about the codebase and the way I would interact with junior developers. Next I was presented by a personality test that I took and had it reviewed by another member of the HR team and last step was an interview with the CEO.
