Regardless of the hiring decision, I believe candidates deserve the courtesy of a reply and clear communication throughout the recruitment process. The lack of follow-up left me completely uncertain about my application status and reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Based on my experience, the recruitment process lacked transparency and professionalism. This was a significant red flag for me, and I would not recommend this company to job seekers who value clear and respectful communication.
