Phone interview went very well, was told I would hear back for second interview in a couple days. Sent a thank you note and waited for 2 weeks before sending a follow up email. Waited another week and left a phone message for interviewer, waited another week and left a message for interview coordinator who and asked if my emails were getting through, she stated she would check with interviewer and promised to email me. It has now been two weeks since that conversation and I have not had the courtesy of a reply. When you are told you will be contacted for a second interview and they are interested in you for the position it seems odd to not reply to a highly qualified, enthusiastic applicant.
