There were 2 interviews, and both went smoothly! Be yourself, be personable, and get to know the Credit Union before going on these interviews. Valley Strong can't teach you to have personality, but they can teach you to how to do the job! :)

I had a promising interview with Valley Strong Credit Union, but the tone shifted after I mentioned my ongoing military commitment (Part-time). Despite offering flexibility and dedication to the role, I felt my service was seen as a drawback. While I can’t prove intent, the experience was disappointing coming from an organization that publicly supports the community. I’m sharing this to advocate for fair treatment of service members in future hiring processes.
