Very bad The management sucks! The HR fixes the interview and apparently there is only one person who is going to take your interview so if she is busy she won't even inform you and you will keep waiting when you call the HR to inform that you haven't received any calls yet then the HR will tell you that she is in a meeting or something.. After clearing the technical round I was asked to complete an assignment(2 exercises for angular) Even after submitting before the deadline I had to call the HR for at least 6-7 business days to ask for the results and daily I would get the same response that the person responsible for this is busy with another deployment. In the end they rejected my profile saying that because I have a notice period of 3 months so they are not considering me. They were well aware about my notice period from the start. I don't know why did they want to waste my time.
