There was a prerecorded online webcam interview where I was asked a series of questions. I had 1 minute or so to prepare and then another minute+ to actually answer the question.

If you had a student with a specific style of learning that didn't match your style of teaching what would you do?
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
