The interview process was a two step process. First I met with their Sr. Recruiting Manager via phone for my first interview. After he felt I was a good fit for the position, he scheduled a second interview for me with a Sales Manager, which took place via Skype, since I was going to be working remotely from home.

It was super simple hiring process. There was l one self recorded interview, everything was done online until final phone interview. Phone interview was more like telling the logistics of the job and what it entailed. It was an easy process.
It was a two step process. There were Prerecorded interview questions that you send in for review. After that you speak to a recruiter during a live time interview. I believe that was it before they hired me.

Smooth, vert fair, and very innovative. It was an online video format interview. You see the interviewer ask a question on video, and then you have 2 chances to film your answer. It was not stressful, very clear, and innovative.
