Went through an external recruiter. 1) Had a phone screen with HR, then a week later... 2) Worked on a 1/2 hour logic test, then... 3) Had a Teams meeting interview with 2 Directors that lasted 2 hours, then another week later... 4) Had a Teams meeting interview with 3 members of the team that lasted just over an hour. All of those went really well and I received nothing but good feedback from the recruiter. 1 week later I was told by the recruiter that they just said "we need to go in another direction". So after 3 weeks and 4 hours of my time they give me no good reason or even a personal phone call or email. Everyone seemed really nice while I was talking with them, but this seemed very unprofessional.
