If you interview here, be prepared to chase updates yourself. Highly unprofessional and weird I had to wait for over a month after clearing all rounds and submitting documents and multiple follow-ups to discover that apparently the role was put on hold, which is perfectly understandable but I couldn't comprehend that communicating this to candidates was also on hold. Hiring plans change, basic courtesy shouldn't. Please stop playing with candidates hopes like this. As much as you preach that you're a private equity firm / product based company, YOU ARE NOT! You are just a glorified Consultancy 😂.
