I met the HR rep at a hiring fair in Wiesbaden. Scheduled an interview and interviewed with a site manager, technician and HR rep over a conference call. Questions were mostly situational and technical. It was a positive experience. The interviewers were very professional, made me feel at ease, and did not ask any inappropriate questions.
