She said they base their salary on years of experience and to forward my experience before the 15 years I had on my resume. The next day I got an email saying I was not qualified. I wrote to her for feedback and never got a response. I feel that I was lied to and believe this is age discrimination. If I had known this, I would not have sent my previous experience.
