Disappointing interview experience My experience interviewing with Vendelux was disappointing. I came into the conversation with directly relevant experience for the role, but from the beginning it felt like the recruiter was disengaged and not genuinely interested in learning about my background or evaluating my fit. The entire interview lasted around 9 minutes, which gave the impression that the conversation was being treated as a formality rather than a meaningful discussion. There were very few questions, little engagement, and no real effort to understand my experience or what I could bring to the team. An interview process is often the first window into a company’s culture, and this interaction left me with concerns about how candidates and employees are valued.
