It was two interview process, which I thought was kind of silly because it's a retail job. Just about anyone can do retail. The first interview was pretty basic, just classic interview questions. It was pleasant. The second interview was kind of weird. The GM asked kind of personal questions and I didn't really understand what they had to do working as stockroom associate at Vera Bradley.
