The entire process took about a month. Applied online and then the next day got an email from HR to set up a phone interview. This interview was only about 20 minutes long, ask very basic questions about work history, experience, and responsibilities.
After initial HR phone interview, the recruiter set up a second HR phone interview with another person. This interview was more in-depth and lasted about an hour. Be prepared to go over your work experience much more inclusively and answer several STAR questions(Situation, Task, Action, Result). Also you will be asked about the technology you use in your personal life and your job, answer these questions with detail and enthusiasm(they are a tech company after all).
Was then set up with an In store interview with management. This interview was also about an hour and included more STAR questions, as well personality scenario questions and "what will you bring" type stuff. Also be prepared to sell something to the interviewer.
Got a call the next day with the offer. Offer is conditional based on the results of the background check(which is very thorough). Be honest about everything they ask and you will be fine. Background check took about 2 weeks to complete, HR then called saying everything was ok and scheduled training.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
