You apply, take an excel test (because of the nature of the job) and go through 2 interviews. It's a rigorous and selective process. They also want to get to know who you are as a person to see if you would be a fit for the culture as well.

Before even being considered for an interview holding a full-time position, I had to interview to participate in the G.O.A.L. program which enabled me to shadow the position for several months. Once this was completed, it took me 4 tries/interviews before I was able to secure a full-time GEA position. The process was long and cumbersome. A 30-60-90 was required.

It took a month for all the process to get completed. One has to do an assessment to be abel to get an interview, the assessment consist on creating an action plan to help a mock interview in three categories: Self Serve Utilization, Churn and Customer Relation. After submitting the assessment it can take up to two week to get the first round of interviews. The first round consist on two supervisor doing the STAR format interview. After a week the second round consist on the Associate Director and a Supervisor.
