They ask about prior experience. They ask you to come into office and will interview you one-on-one or a group of employees will interview you depending on the position you are applying for.
Basic interview , asked standard questions during the interview , no longer than 15 minutes to 20 minutes .Basic standard questions asked during interviews.The first interview was followed by a second one in which they ask the exact same questions from the previous one

2 phone interviews. Easy process basic customer service questions. Interviewer was nice and personable. Was not particularly challenging. Shared my experience and was asked follow up questions. Shared stories about current environmental.
