The interview process, while extremely thorough, was an overwhelmingly positive one. Each step and interview is done for a reason. The somewhat lengthy interview process is definitely worth it as VertMarkets wants to make sure it is a perfect fit, both for them and the employee.

The overall atmosphere is relaxing and the hr interviewer is easy-going and informative. The interview is about the experience on the resume and some behavioral questions (more on this part), while technical part not involved.
