The interview process was pretty swift. I applied online and was initially contacted by their internal recruiter. We had a short phone screen to confirm my resume and background. Then, I had a formal video call interview with him. After, I had a video call interview with the partners. I appreciated this flexibility, as I had not yet relocated to Chicago. Many other companies I interviewed with insisted on in-person interviews only beyond their initial phone screen. The recruiter kept me updated every step of the way, and was open about the process as well as company expectations. Since it's not a huge company, there wasn't much lag time, if any, between interviews. The final step was coming into their main office to meet employees and get a sense of the work environment. Overall great experience, far better than the interview process at other companies I was applying to at that time.
