Went through 3 rounds of interviews over period of more than 2 months. Mostly behavioural questions/discussions about past projects. The team seemed really nice, and the role itself seemed interesting. However the interview process was way too long and communication was poor. After my third interview, I was told that the feedback had been positive and that they wanted to move forward, but were still wrapping up other interviews. A month later, I still haven't heard back (despite following up). On a positive note, the process did not involve any take-home tasks.
