Found an ad on Craigslist listed by staffing agency but for a direct hire position with Viasat. I submitted my resume on a Wednesday. First there was a phone interview with staffing agency recruiter on the following Friday, also did a FaceTime interview with me before submitting my resume to Viasat reps. The following week on Wednesday I met with 2 panels of interviewers (5 people total) for 2 interviews back to back, each taking about 30 minutes. In depth questions about employment history, behavioral questions and they ultimately asked tailored questions to ensure that I could fit into the culture of the company. The interviewers were easy to talk to and seemed laid back. I received a call the next day from staffing agency that I was offered the position. Next step is to complete my background check and after clearance I should receive official offer letter.
