I was contacted by a recruiter who conducted a very technical question based phone screening. I was told I would be contacted by someone else who would be scheduling the on-site interview. I was unavailable the first day they selected but was able to reschedule for a few days later. The in-person interview took the entire day with multiple sessions and people. Three one-on-one interviews, and one panel with 4 managers over lunch.
