I was given a phone interview while I was living in Japan. The HR recruiter gave me the first portion, it went well and we hit it off I was then told I would do a second interview. When the second interview started I received a call from a technician in California who obviously was in his work area while calling me (I could everything going on in his immediate vicinity to include troubleshooting of outages). I let the gentleman know it was hard to hear him and he continued as if nothing was wrong. He had a strong Indian accent and with the back ground noise every question he asked me needed repeating. This obviously bothered him and frustrated him. Needless to say the interview did not go well and I never heard from Via Sat again.
