Met with one of the guys running things there. We sat down one on one for 30 minutes. We spoke about my experience and he told me a bit about the position and not much about the company. We ended it with him asking me to follow up in a week. I did and he blanked me. Sent 3 emails and never heard back.

The interview process was simple. I spoke with a lovely recruiter who was personable and knowledgeable about the brand.
Although I didn't receive a second interview, the interview was painless and I'm a bit shocked I didn't get a call back.

What skills do you have that align with the qualifications of the position?
It was a fast and causal interview, got to meet creatives and understand more about what they do and how they select the type of media to cover. Also shared what I've done over the years and went through my portfolio. Overall, it was an engaging session.

How would you come up with a storyline on this______
Laid back. Initial phone interview and then meet with two members of the team. One who I was replacing and the other one a hiring manager. Had an offer within a few days.
