The interview process was Short question, brief description of what Victoria secret prides in. also your past employment. The interview was fast and easy I had a woman for my interview she was very nice made me feel relaxed. It would better to apply in person so they know what you look like also it is best to apply around Black Friday because they always need help, good bonus . If you're good at keeping sales and being in competition then this is the place for you management definitely pushes you to sale the angel card and add ons .If you succeed you get like a small sample new perfume or gift card which is pretty cool.

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
